职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责管控公司技术研发、产品品质管理；
2.组织策划及设计新产品开发方案，提出改进措施；
3.负责组织产品开发阶段工艺发展方向的研究确定及质量成本控制；
4.负责对技术、品保工程师的培训工作，提升人员技能；
5.现场设备维护、维修及铸造作业过程指导；
6.产品工艺改善，效能提升；
岗位要求：
1、铸造相关专业本科及以上学历，28-55岁；
2、3以上铸造工作经验，精通铸造工艺，熟悉模具结构及设计，
3、掌握球墨铸铁、可锻铸铁、铸钢的铸造理论知识和技术标准，了解相关的铸造设备，能进行铸件新产品开发及工艺设计，具有丰富的铸造新产品开发经验。
4、具有较强的创新意识、竞争意识和服务意识；工作积极主动，善于解决问题，具有团队合作精神；
5、在大型铸造企业做过管理工作者优先。
年薪：30-50万。
