In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Project Coordinator

  

Job purpose: Assist Project Managers to contribute to project deliveries

  

  

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the job

  

• Position attached to Project Management department, under the supervision of the China Senior Project Manager

    

• Project management such as:

  - track and report study status to the project manager

  - prepare project status reports

  - assist project manager on monthly invoices and monitoring of trainings

  - project documents management, including draft and archive documentations

  - participate to project meetings and team meetings

  - coordinate team effort to faciliate and meet timelines

  - monitor and assit in discrepancy management activities including creation of reconciliation reports

• Assist site management activities, such as:

  - translation of site contact list and of Chinese site communication with internal team

  - assist in resolving issues with sites and prepare escalation log to project manager

• Assist in reader's management activities, such as:

  - resolving issues with readers

  - assisting in monitoring of reviewer's performances (prepare numbers, coordinate and support monitoring sessions by medical lead)

                            

  

Searched profile

  

• Bachelor's degree in project management, life science, public health or equivalent.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry and in clinical trials

• Knowledge in GCP knowledge and business areas that the company is in (Medical Imaging, Image processing, Medical software, clinical trials requirement) is a plus

• Skills with MS Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

• English communication skills

• Organizational skill
