? Work with OPS team to fulfill base line forecast
? Compile and evaluate the functional supply information,
? providing review analysis and collaboratively reviewing to effectively manage supply issues
? Ability to conduct "root-cause" analysis and drive out cross-funcs solution to improve planning processes and procedures;
? Responsible for supply planning /production planning/mat. planning
? Managing inventory level against customer service level based on company business strategy;
? Review and optimize supply process and implement the new process in local factories
? Prepare monthly reports and others based on the requirement

任职要求：
? A Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business or Economics, graduated from Top University (985,211) will be preferred.
? Working experience in a company with a large SKU or component count;multi-sites experience is plus
? Ability to prioritise and focus on delivery
? Ability to do accurate detailed work under pressure; Demonstrates strong analytical ability
? Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal partners,
? Ability to work proactively and drive team solution
? Good computer skills, preferably competent in Excel and knowledge of SAP planning system
? Understood production process / constrains and MRP
? Eager to learn and willing to take challenges
