Planning计划

·       Pre-planning of hiring independent inspectors & ships operation agents 提前指定独立检验员和船运货代

·       Cooperation with Trade team to plan voyage and trade route 与贸易部协调规划航次与贸易路线

·       Provision and management of storages 合理安排和管理储罐

Executing执行

·       Appoint independent inspectors and ships agents 指定独立检验员与货代

·       Ensuring that all cargo obligations arising from the contract/charter party are carried out, and that any necessary requirements are complied with

确保所有货物执行与合同、租船契约保持一致

·       Coordinate with cargo and freight counter-parties, terminals, vessels, Agent, third Party surveyor on a regular basis for all post-deal activities

定时与货主方和船运方，码头，船舶，代理，第三方检验员沟通，以便协调后续工作

·       Liaise on ship owner for smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimize demurrage cost.

与船东沟通协调确保操作顺利，避免供应中断，减少滞期费用

·       Updating commercial team/ship management about cargo operation activity

·       Acting according to commercial team plans

·       Ensure that all operational information and documents are entered into internal information systems in timely manner
