Key Responsibilities:

    

1.     Responsible for the assembly and wiring of the Prototype

    

·         Gather material

    

·         Pre-assembly of the mechanical and electrical element

    

·         Reporting of the different issue

    

·         Proposal of design improvement

    

2.     Responsible for Test Procedure

    

？   Establish test procedure following project requirement

    

？   Support Engineering for test procedure

    

？   Contact external lab for external test when necessary

    

3.     Responsible to Conduct test

    

·         Conduct Internal test following procedure

    

·         Conduct Client test following procedure

    

·         Participate in the external test

    

·         Establish test report

    

4.     Responsible for Prototype area

    

·         Tooling and material

    

·         5S

    

·         EHS

    

5.     Support Design team during design phase for improvement

    

6.     Technical support for Engineering/ Quality

    

7.     Support Site installation if necessary for installation training or Field modification

    

8.     Consideration of Cost, safety and time.

    

Work Experience Requirements:

    

1.      Minimum 3 years working experiences in Test field

    

2.      Experience with Electrical and mechanical field such as Platform door, train door, Escalator, lift ,etc…

    

3.      Excellent communication skills, self-disciplined and careful

    

4.      Requested knowledge:

    

？   Electrical wiring (low voltage)

    

？   Testing experience

    

？   Establish Test Plan

    

Education Requirements:

    

1.     Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering;

    

2.     Fluent English in both oral and written.
