1. 负责HV电池系统的设计和要求定义，以实现动力总成和车辆性能目标；

2. 负责HV电池团队的建立和下属的技术技能改进：定义工作资料，招聘，培训新员工并发展团队，以在计划和成本约束方面实现出色的产品质量；

3. 随时了解最新的电池趋势和技术，为未来的项目和产品制定路线图，以不断提高高压电池组的性能；

4. 管理产品开发计划，定义里程碑，管理HV电池预算和计划；

5. 确保产品的坚固性和可靠性，并支持验证供应商质量的工作；

6. 领导针对电池，模块，BMS和电池组系统的产品验证计划，根据项目的预期输出承担验证进度的责任；

7. 牵头与电池系统供应商就工程主题进行沟通，并确保与其他部门进行项目监控和横向协作；

8. 负责电池组件的开发，试生产和验证，直至批量生产。

任职要求：

1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，化学相关专业优先；

2. 5年以上电动汽车高压电池开发经验；

3. 具有电池设计，高压安全设计，DFMEA，寿命估算，电池设计，BMS（SW＆HW）开发以及各种机械结构技术方面的技术专长；

4. 英文听说读写流利。
