职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Conception, planning, sourcing and implementing of production and assembly equipment for ECBA in CN
2. Development, testing and implementing of new manufacturing technologies for battery production until start of production
3. Involve in Product Development process for “Design to Manufacture” topics
4. Realization of projects in compliance with time schedules, costs, budget, quality and customer requirements
5. Draft process diagram, calculate capacity, process time and labor distribution
6. Failure analysis and make prevention measures
7. Optimization of manufacture process, increase efficiency, and decrease wastes
8. Constant optimization of production processes and production equipment under consideration of costs, ergonomics, environment and quality
9. Support implementation of continuous improvement processes and kaizen projects
10. Calculation of production times and production costs
11. Preparation and updating of global capacity and utilization overview
12. Define and implement building requirements for battery pack production
13. Technical evaluation of equipment suppliers
14. Support battery pack prototype and pilot line setup
15. Validation of manufacture process
16. Training of operator, analysis of abnormal labor
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanics, automation, etc
2. More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing engineering favorable in traction battery module and pack manufacturing
3. Experience in cell, module and pack manufacturing processes for cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cells
4. Process design expertise for lithium battery module and packs
5. Efficiency use of relevant software tools (CAD, plant simulation, MTM analysis etc.)
6. Familary with battery modul and pack assembly equipment (welding, glueing, tightening, etc.)
7. Fluent in written and oral English
8. Intercultural competence, analytic minded, self motivated teamplayer
