Responsibilities

- Understand the latest market dynamics of the financial management, actively and effectively participate in business developing and reach long-term strategic cooperation with customers

- According to the latest market demand and FM solutions, compile brochures and slides for FM team

- Master the latest trend of management consulting, provide innovate ideas on FM advisory solutions

- Responsible for maintaining quality and efficient communication with existing customers, maintaining good customer relations and facilitating more project cooperation

- Keenly capture market and customer information, organize and arrange professional seminars within engaged team to help with developing high-quality proposal

- Continuously learning in the industry to better expand the market

Experience

- Bachelor degree or above from 985/211 universities

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills

- At least 5-year of experience in management consulting business, experience in financial management consulting will be preferred

- Quick learning, high potential, excellent writing & PPT skills both in Chinese and English

- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills

- Have high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure
