工作任务 Tasks:

1. 开发、掌握和整合客户资源与销售渠道，发现客户需求，完成上级下达的销售任务与指标。

   Explore, catch and integrate all customers and sales channel resources，find customer requirement and sales products to achieve the sales target.

2. 独立完成项目的策划与推广，建立和维护良好的客户关系,完善客户管理体系和市场竞争体系.

   Be able to plan, push and follow-up of project, build good relationship with customers. Build good customer management and competition system in area.

3. 掌握市场动态，及时向区域销售经理汇报行情。

   Know the market condition and status, report in time.

4. 项目合同的策划与撰写，以及负责产品的检验、交付。

   Follow the execution of project contract.

5. 评估、预测和控制销售成本，促使销售利润***化。

   Evaluate, forcast and control sales cost for more sales profit..

6. 积极与相关部门沟通协调，促使生产与销售过程最优化。

   Communicate with other department actively and optical munifacture and sales process.

7. 根据企业整体销售计划与战略，制定分配任务的销售目标与策略。

   Set up sales plan according to sales budget and strategy of company in area.

8. 向客户提供优质的服务，提高产品的附加价值

   Provide good service and value-added sales work to customers.

    

岗位要求 Requirements:

1. 大学本科及以上学历，暖通、自动化、工科专业、市场营销等。

   Bachelor degree or above, major mechanical automation, automation.

2. 有一定的销售工作经验，具备较强的销售管理能力与技术服务能力。

   At least 2 years working experience, good management skill and technical service ability.

3. 基本的英语阅读、写作及口语交流能力。

   Basic English reading, writing and communication ability.

4. 良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力、判断力。

   Good active study ability, communication, coordination and judgment.

5. 对工作认真负责、勤奋上进、诚实、正直、尊重他人、乐于分享、团队合作等。

   Take serious responsible attitude to work, diligent, honest, respect, easy-to-going and team work.

6. 有海尔供应商等外资企业工作背景优先。

   If previous working experience have Haier Suppliers backgroud, and foriegn company is better.
