• 组织领导被投资公司的财务、成本、投融资、预算、会计核算及监督、财务分析等方面的工作； 
• 主持建立和完善财务管理制度和相关工作程序，制定和管理税收政策方案及程序； 
• 掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况，拟订或规划资金筹措和资本运作方案； 
• 组织拟定公司年度预算大纲及财务预算，并提交董事会审议； 
• 审核融资计划，报上级批准后组织实施； 
• 组织编制预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、信贷计划、财务报告和会计报表等；
• 负责组织实施内部审计并配合外部审计工作；
• 参与集团重大投融资决策，优化资本结构和资本配置； 
• 审定财务、会计、审计等财务负责人的任免、晋升、调动、奖惩事项； 
• 协调公司同银行、工商、税务等部门的关系； 
• 与财务相关的其他工作。 

• 45岁以下，本科及以上学历，财务相关专业，具有CPA资格；
• 具有大型会计事务所工作经验者；
• 具有主板上市公司财务管理工作经验者；
• 跳槽不可过于频繁，需要稳定一些；
• 3年以上财务总监工作经验；
• 具有文化传媒、广告传媒行业经验优先；
• 良好的形象以及沟通能力；
• 可实务操作，可长时间加班；
• 良好的组织、协调能力、良好的表达能力和团队合作精神。
• 具有较全面的财会专业理论知识，熟悉财经法律法规和制度；
• 具有丰富的财务管理、营运分析、成本控制及成本核算的工作经验；
• 熟悉税法政策；
• 具有较强的管控能力和良好的职业道德；
