1. Finance partnership to Commercial functions 

- Partner with business team on any initiatives on new biz modelling;

- To participate in the commercial projects such as pricing cases and investment analysis cases discussion, to coordinate with commercial functions as a business partner.

 

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

- Liase with local market business team on their budgetary commitment;  Manage the annual budgeting process and tie that to the monthly forecasting and reporting processes.  Ensure system submission is timely and accurately

- Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on commercial related reporting, and provide meaningful variance analysis;  Provide to management regular reports on financial performance and variance analysis relative to budget/Forecast;  Assist in analysis of business risk and preparation of back-up plan for business target achievement

- Assist in Annual Operating Budget planning and Strategic Planning process

Requirement:

1. Degree in accounting or relevant major;  8-10 years relevant experience preferrably 5+ yrs similar position within an international company:

2 Solid accounting and controlling knowledge

3 Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly

4 Strong business acumen and P&L management skills

5 Pro-active & Self-motivated

6 Proficient in MS Excel

7 Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work under pressure

8 Strong work ethics and integrity; and fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese

9. Life science industry working experience preferred
