职位描述
Overview:
Leading the development and implementation of the Business Development and marketing strategy, especially working with Colliers other business line to develop Chinese Decision maker market. Initial focus should be the new identified sector, Commercial fitout and Retail fitout sector.
Responsibility:
1. Leading the development of the business development and marketing strategy and plan for Colliers China PM Business.
2. Leading the implementation of the business development and marketing function within the business in accordance with that strategy and plan.
3. Develop and promote Colliers brand identity in project management business and ensure this is communicated effectively across all material and channels.
4. Develop the brand offering to exceed customer expectations - and work with all relevant parties to ensure that it does
5. Taking the personal initiative to develop and win business and to encourage all appropriate staff to do the same.
6. To continually review and develop the organisation structure and system/procedures of the business development and marketing function within the businesses to optimum effect including the creation of a strong business development and marketing team that can sustain the successful and profitable growth of the businesses.
7. Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities are in compliance with our mission and value and all relevant regulations and legislation.
8. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with past and present clients so that we continue to be their preferred partners on new projects or assignments.
Competency
1. Marketing, business development or business related major. Engineering, or construction related international professional qualification is preferred
Knowledge & Experience Sales or marketing background/experience essential;
2. At least 10 years working experience in the business development or related sector of a growing engineering consulting company;
On-site construction experience preferable;
3. In-depth marketing and project management knowledge in the engineering consulting industry;
4. Must be fluent in Chinese and English, High level communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work with people at all levels;
5. Ability to identify and secure appropriate and profitable business opportunities;
6. Ability to develop, manage and report on the performance of his/her team.
7. Ability to work in a solution-oriented and analytic way with the aim to competently consult and convince the customer; Client relationship management skills essential; Commercial awareness and negotiation skills essential;
