职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Provide high-quality administration support to General Manager including managing diary, correspondence, scheduling appointments, receiving visitors and phone call screening
-Assist General Manager in all aspects of management, follow up general planning
-Research, draft and write reports, proposals, and correspondence for the GM
-Participate in GM meetings and visits including arranging the schedule, providing memo and reports.
-Interface with other departments inside and outside China
-Support the Marketing & Communication activities
-Coordinate with internal and external customers
-Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
-More than 5 years related experience in multi-national company, marketing experience is preferred
-Bachelor degree or above
-Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Powerpoint)
-Outstanding communications skills
-Able to work accurately, independently without direction on every details
-Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
Work Location: 19th Floor, Hongjia Tower on Century Avenue in Pudong New Area.

-辅助总经理的各项工作,跟进计划
-搜集信息、草拟报告、提案及信件
-参与总经理各项会议和客户拜访,包括安排行程、准备备忘录和草拟报告。
-与国内外各部门进行良好的内部沟通
-支持市场活动和内部交流
-协调内外部客户
-总经理交办的其他工作
要求:
具有5年以上的跨国公司工作经验,有营销背景更佳
本科学历
杰出的英语/国语交流和沟通技巧
精通办公软件运用(Excel/Powerpoint)
优异的沟通技巧
有能力独立自主地准确计划安排工作
负责,自发,成熟,自我激励且极好的服务态度
