职位描述

The Role:

As we are rapidly growing in the APAC region, we are looking for a dynamic, highly

motivated, outstanding Business Development Leader. The candidate will be responsible for

acquiring new logo and opening new markets in the APAC region. We are looking for a high-performing individual to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Essential Job Elements:

1. Identifying and acquiring new customers and expanding wallet share with existing customers

2. Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

4. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets

5. Building pipeline, collecting client requirements, developing BPO solutions and closing deals

6. Defining Sutherland value proposition, win strategy and competitor differentiators

7. Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations

8. Understanding industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift

9. tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Profile and Experience:

10. BPO / ITO outsourcing business development or account management experience

11. with a consultative selling and solutioning approach

12. Existing contacts within an industry segment

13. Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

14. Experienced in building partners / channels to help drive sales

15. Proven leadership skills to lead/coordinate extended pursuit team in global setting and drive results with speed

16. Strong ability to learn fast and operate effectively in a global organization

17. Strong self-motivation and team player

18. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

19. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close deals

20. Good in English
