Responsibilities:

 1.        Filing 

 1). Keep original and scan of various contracts, agreements and legal documents 2). Maintain internal portfolio of legal and IP 

 2.        Paper work 

 1). Polish revised contracts, agreements and legal documents 2). Issue various legal documents based on existing templates 

 3.        IP Protection 

 1). Specialist on Online enforcement 2). Support on other IP enforcement issues 

 4.        Administration 

 1). Help on contract stamp 2). Follow payment process for legal and IP related invoices 3). Other administration support for the team   

 

1.        文件归档 

 1）   妥善保管公司各类合同，协议及法律文件的原件和扫描件 2）   维护法务和知识产权部门相关的内部数据，信息 

 2.        文书工作 

 1）   检查各种合同，协议及法律文件的文书，格式等细节 2）   按照现有固定模板出具一些简单的法律文件 

 3.        知识产权保护 

 1）   负责公司线上知识产权维权工作 2）   帮助处理其他知识产权相关事宜 

 4.        部门行政 

 1）   帮助处理盖章事宜 2）   处理法务和知识产权相关的付款账单 3）   其他部门内的行政支持                  

Qualifications:

1.        Bachelor degree, legal major is preferred

2.        More than 3 years working experience on legal or IP

3.        Excellent personality, initiative, strong responsibility and communication skill, team worker

4.        Detail oriented

5.        CET6, good at listening, reading, oral and writing

6.        Good at Word, Excel and other office software

1.        全日制本科，法律相关专业优先

2.        3年以上法律或知识产权工作经验

3.        品行优秀，积极主动，责任心和沟通能力强，具有团队精神

4.        注重细节

5.        英语6级，良好的听说读写能力

6.        擅长Word，Excel等办公软件
