1. In line with the company's strategy and business focus of the year, formulate new product development strategies and directions within the corresponding grocery product
2. Responsible for the whole link process of the products development, procurement and upstream supply chain within the company's grocery range
3. Cooperate with marketing departments to formulate detailed hot products developing plans
4. Through differentiated new product solutions to solve customer pain points, and maximize sales and gross profit through product pricing and activity plans
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Grocery products including: personal care supply, sport and massage product, household supplies, kitchenware, stationery, mobile phone accessory, travel & storage product

- Bachelor degree or above

- Familiar with each category of grocery market, with rich supplier or brand resources

- Have a sense of innovation, broad-minded and good at exploring market opportunities

- Have a global marketing perspective

- With new retail business model (offline & Online) awareness

- Have strong data analysis ability, customer orientation

- Have strong communication skills, be good at communicating with various functional departments within the company, and have a sense of responsibility that is proactive and result-oriented.
