ARENA Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for talent people to join its structure.

  

 

  

The responsibilities of this position are:

  

 

  

Add new orders (PO/PI) into ARENA system and update/modify it according to the instructions.

  

 

  

Communicate with vendors to follow up production order schedule and get their inspection plan.

  

 

  

Update the shipment release certificate (SRC) information in ARENA system.

  

 

  

Communicate with forwarders to help vendors solve shipping problem.

  

 

  

Collect all shipping documents from vendors and send to overseas logistic or ARENA Ally coordinator.

  

 

  

在系统中添加新订单， 并按照指示进行相关修改。

  

 

  

与供应商沟通，跟进订单的生产计划并得到他们的检验计划。

  

 

  

及时在系统中更新放货证明书的时间。

  

 

  

与货代进行沟通来帮助供应商解决一些出货问题。

  

 

  

向供应商收集所有出货报关资料并发于国外物流部门或者国外对口的联系人。

  

 

  

 

  

Required skills:

  

- Good command of spoken and written English

  

- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop)

  

- Holding University degree

  

- Related working experience is a plus

  

- Able to work independently

  

- Perfect organization skill

  

- Detail-oriented mind and excellent team spirit

  

- Hard work and good communication
