1. 承担驾玉CQO客户的QC管理需求包括QC运行团队管理，质量事件的处理等。

   Responsible for the QC management requirements of JADE CQO customers, including QC operation team management, quality event handling, etc.

2. 作为驾玉创业团队的一员，积极参与业务发展的策划和实施。

   As a member of JADE entrepreneurial team, actively participated in the planning and implementation of business development.

3. 参与上海QC cGMP检测实验室操作系统的建立、创建和执行。负责质检中心指定区域的日常工作。

   Participate in the establishment, creation, and implementation operating systems for the Shanghai QC cGMP Testing Laboratory. Assume responsibility for routine operations of designated areas in the QC testing facility(ies).

4. 协助驾玉生物(CQO & QC)跨职能的业务开发活动。

   Assist in business development activities cross functionally for Jade Biomedical (CQO & QC Testing).

5. 在cGMP质量控制测试、CQO分析方法、实验室、分析仪器以及分析设备质量监控、确认和验证中起主导作用。

   Take a lead role in Project Management for projects focusing on cGMP QC testing and CQO analytical method, laboratory, and analytical equipment quality oversight, qualification, and validation

                    

任职资格：

  

  

1. 本科及以上学历，分子生物学、生物工程、药学、化学等相关专业背景；

   Bachelor and/or other advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biological Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or equivalent.

2. 5年以上制药行业工作经验，必须有生物制药单抗的经验；

   More than 5 years of QC working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Hands-on experience in MAb CMC, Quality is required.

3. 熟悉欧美中cGMP, ICH 等相关法规，尤其质量源于设计的理念。熟悉注册申报流程；

   Familiar with the China, European and American cGMP, ICH and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as regulatory registration processes.

4. 工作责任心强，做事严谨高效，具有良好的团队合作精神及与各方的沟通能力；

   Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, high precision work style and efficient management of multiple priorities.

5. 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力以及英语沟通能力；

   Fluent oral and written English skills and advanced communication skills in English.
