   建立、健全公司各项营运管理制度，推动营运系统内部管理的规范化和科学化并持续改进作业流程；

   依据公司整体业务指标，督导各部门拟订工作计划并监督其实施，确保完成年度预算指标；

   指导营运事业处内各业务单位及市场、人事、中心支援等后勤支援部门的日常工作及部门内外的协调；

   培养干部，并对下属部门主管及员工的工作绩效做阶段性评估；

   权限范围内审批各项合同、费用及请假单等；

   处理重大客户投诉或各种突发状况，协调各部门以确保公司业务及时恢复正常；

          完成上级交办的其他工作。
