Position Requirements（职位要求）

1. Education / Certifications（教育 / 证书）

-  College or above degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant majors.

   计算机科学、软件工程或者相关专业专科及以上学历

2. Experience / Qualifications（经验 / 资历）

-   At least 7 years of Front End and other Web related development experience

    至少7年前端和其他网络相关开发经验

-  Adherence to our Core Values is a must

-  Ability to work in teams is mandatory

   必须具备团队协作能力

-  Passionate about testing and design principles

   热衷于测试和设计原则

-  Result oriented, continuous improvement and always learning mindset

   注重结果，持续改进，始终保持学习心态

-  Good command of spoken and write English is a must.

   必须具备良好的英语口语和写作能力

3. Specialized Technical Skills（特殊技术技能）

-  Project experience in modern Web framework such as Vue.js

   现代网络框架项目经验，如Vue.js

-  Proficient in CSS, Bootstrap, Responsive / Mobile design

   精通CSS、Bootstrap、响应/移动设计

-  Good understanding of basic UI / UX principles

   较好的理解用户界面/用户体验的基本原则

-  Experience in CSS frameworks such as LESS, SASS, or Webpack is a plus

   有CSS框架经验者优先，如LESS、SASS或Webpack

-  Experience with Mobile App development such as Native Script, Ionic or React Native is greatly appreciated

   有移动应用程序开发经验，如原生脚本、Ionic或React Native重点考虑

-  Experience in building WeChat MiniProgram

   具有搭建微信小程序的经验

-  Familiar with NodeJS, PHP is a plus;

   熟悉NodeJS，PHP优先；

-  Familiar with Typescript is a plus;

   熟悉Typescript者优先

-  Provide technical supports    along the development process and roll-out

   在开发过程中提供技术支持并推广

-  Diagnose and solve the problems    existing in the current system

   诊断和解决现行制度中存在的问题

-  Daily and weekly progress    reporting on projects to team leader

   向团队经理汇报项目的每日和每周进度

-  Weekly One on one meeting with    manager to discuss project progress, work performance and improvements

   每周与经理进行一对一会议，讨论项目进度、工作绩效和改进
