Key Job responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries to record transactions
• Variance analysis and clearing of open items
• Prepare various reports on operations and activities
• Preparation of dashboards
• Follow-up with different stakeholders for backups and other activities
• Monitoring accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Researching financial systems and resolving of errors and discrepancies
• Providing assistant in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Handling customer queries
• Analyzing and resolving complex issues
• Recommend improvements and modifications
• Support internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses

 

Qualifications Required:

 

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Accounting or Commerce
• 0 - 4 Years Accounting experience
• Accounting experience in a multi-GAAP environment (SSC) is a plus
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Chinese
• Ability to learn/understand Standard & Processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit, effective interpersonal &communication skills and highly professional style
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
