a) 专业工作内容
停机时间减少
参与预防性维护计划的编制
监控关键备件的库存 备件维修外委联系
设备备件采购审核
c) 日常管理
维修工面试
参与维修工薪资调整
制定并执行纠正措施
定期组织内部沟通会
完成维修工工伤报告
参与事故调查
确保所辖范围内的安全防护设施均处于正常工作状态
d) 支持
问题解决：工程和质量 职业安全健康及环境保护 TS16949，ISO18001，ISO14001标准 持续改进 满足法律法规要求
e) 团队管理及指导
恰当的工作分
明确班组的目标 绩效表现监控及绩效评价（部分）
确定并执行培训需求
合理安排人力资源以确保按期完成工作安排
任职资格：
大专及以上学历
三年及以上相关工作经验
机械工程或机电一体化，自动化专业
较强的英语读写及口头交流能力

Shanghai Federal-Mogul Bearing Co., Ltd. is a Joint Venture invested by Federal-Mogul and SAIC, which is a specialized auto mobile engine bearing, bushing, thrust washer supplier, and obtains ISO9002、QS9000、VDA6.1、ISO14001、ISO18000 and TS16949 certifications.
