Job Description

1、审核会计凭证，确保会计凭证按照集团统一的规则规范执行。

Review Accounting entries, make sure all entries follow group accounting standard;

2、确保遵守财务报告相关的系统和流程，如结账流程，会计科目统一等;

Make sure the reporting system and procedures are complied，including but not limited to improvement of closing process and aligning the accounting lines per group requirements；

3、协助部门内工作流程的优化以提高效率;

Help to improve the accounting team internal work procedures to enhance the efficiency of the team     ;

4、配合、协调外部审计师完成审计;

Work with external auditors to accomplish the audit procedures;

5、协助上级提供各类基础财务数据，包括财务分析报告；

Assist the supervisors for basic financial data collection, and help with financial analysis reports;

6、协助上级完成其他日常及临时性工作;

Help to accomplish other daily or temporary task assigned by the supervisors;

 

Requirements

a)   5年以上工作经验，必须有科技行业经验;

      5 years working experience, TMT industry experience is required;

b)   税务实操经验丰富;

      Experience in tax practical work;

c)   熟练掌握办公软件，特别是excel;

      Good skill in MS Office, especially Excel； 

d)   拥有分析能力，有较强的思考力;

      Analytical and systematic thinking skill;

e)   关注细节;有较强的沟通能力和团队管理能力

      Focus and attention to detail and accuracy;Good communication skills and Team management experience.

f)   会计、财务管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree for accounting related areas
