职位描述
1、 负责当月未付款客户的催款工作；
2、 负责督导客服主任完成客户迁入迁出的相关工作；
3、 负责下级无法处理的客户投诉及需求；
4、 负责日常客户维护工作；
5、 日常客服人员的管理、督导及培养工作；
6、 针对中心日常营运提出相关改进的方案并落实；
任职资格: 教育背景: ◆市场营销、行政管理、语言等相关专业，大专以上毕业。
经 验: ◆3年以上相关工作经验，2年以上服务行业工作经验。
技能技巧: ◆熟悉商务中心产品知识及较强的服务意识；
◆具有团队协作能力、团队工作分配及管理的能力；
◆具有良好的中心营运成本控制意识；
◆具有良好的口头表达能力，善于沟通；
态 度: ◆热爱本职工作，且在工作中严谨细致，有责任心，学习能力强，善于分析和解决问题；
◆有时间观念；◆具备团队合作精神。
