1.建立、实施和优化注塑过程,分析和改善成型参数满足客户产品和质量要求

Set up, implement and optimize injection process, analysis and improve molding parameters to meet customer quality requirement.

2. 负责注塑工艺过程文件（布局、作业指导书、流程图、PFMEA,…)

Responsible for injection process document management (layout, WI, flow chart, PFMEA,…)

3. 负责模具及设备产能评估

Responsible for Tool/Machine capacity evaluation .

4.培训技术员及操作工设定工艺参数及操作机器

Train technicians and operators to set the process parameters and operate the machine.

5. 注塑工艺及产能利用率持续优化

Continuous improvement of injection process and utilization of capacity.

6. 生产线异常情况分析及问题解决

Analysis and solve the unusual circumstances of the production line.

7.上级交办的其他事务 Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求Requirement:

1.具有5年以上注塑行业相关工作经验

At least 5 years injection molding experiences in manufacture.

2.能够独立进行模具分析

can the analysis molding independently.

3.熟悉常用注塑机品牌，如ENGEL, Multiplas, DongXin

Able to skillfully use ENGELE, DongXin, Multiplas injection molding machine.

4.良好的办公自动化软件，AUTOCAD，PROE或UG操作技能

Good Office software ，AUTOCAD, PROE,UG skills.

5.具备敏锐的观察能力，善于发现问题，并能熟练使用问题分析工具，如8D, 6 sigma

  Good observation ability, good at finding problems, and proficiency in the use of problem analysis tools, like 8D, 6sigma.

7.机械自动化或材料工程相关专业专科以上学历。

Junior College and above in mechanical automation or Material Engineering.
