collections. From design to marketing, we translate the iconic style of each fashion house into exclusive pieces 

adapted to the specific needs of each age, from baby to junior. Our mission? Create the best style for a childhood 

that is fun, fresh, chic and elegant. 

. Responsible for the application of CWF security standards by CWF merchandisers, suppliers and 3rd party 

companies 

. Manage the 3rd party QC for optimal in-line and final inspections and participate yourself in the inspection 

when needed 

. Manage the 2rd party QC for optimal samples control and participate yourself in the control when needed 

. Ensure the normative and regulatory oversight of the countries in its zone. 

 

. Guaranty manufacturing quality through support and training with suppliers and 3rd party companies. 

. Ensure the quality of the technical files. 

. Support the sourcing teams. 

 

 

. Creates or adapts information materials for partners and internal staff 

. Personally conducts information sessions with CWF teams 

. Continuously informs and trains suppliers during visits 

 

. Review (Control at the collection stage) and affixes the statutes of each style 

. Pilots its activities using indicators dedicated to its perimeter 

. Record information in the internal IT software 

. Establish a supplier score using defined evaluation grids 

. Reports activities to the head of quality 

. Brainstorms and proposes improvement plans 

 

. Drives the culture of continuous improvement and best practices among employees 

. Maintains a climate of trust with suppliers based on demand, listening and support 

. Working with our partners with confidence 

 

. Very good knowledge of a clothing production line 

. Technical knowledge of the design of a garment 

. English 

. The mission requires regular travel 

. Good analytic and synthesis skills 

. Communication and experience in conflict management and handling objections 

. The ability to organize and manage one’s own time
