职位名称：Oracle Cloud ERP （NetSuite）实施顾问

岗位职责：

1. 负责Oracle NetSuite项目的云交付实施全过程（需求收集及分析、数据清理及迁移、方案验证及演示、用户学习及指导）；

2. 负责按照Oracle云计算ERP的业务实践来对企业用户提供顾问咨询服务工作；

3. 负责依据行业和管理经验以及云计算ERP产品的特点将客户需求在NetSuite系统中实现出来 ；

4. 负责按照公司标准和培训教材对客户进行必要的EPR培训；

5. 负责为企业提供管理、决策、市场、预测等领域的咨询服务 ；

6. 负责帮助企业进行运营相关方面的管理咨询 ；

7. 负责帮助企业进行IT应用产品方面的技术咨询服务。

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、财经、物流等相关专业，有良好的英文水平，英语口语流利者优先考虑；

2. 爱好ERP实施顾问工作，有较高的热情；了解网络基本知识；

3. 熟悉相关模块的业务流程（如销售、采购、仓储、生产等），有良好的团队合作精神；

4. 有2-4年的ERP软件项目实施经验，有在企业参与ERP项目规划实施经验者优先；

5. 要求较强的学习能力和沟通表达能力，清晰的思路和分析判断能力，工作主动性强，创新，具有良好的团队合作精神，能够承受较强的压力。
