THE POSITION:

YOUR TASKS:

Sales Support Function for Team Leader Sales (TLS) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM), responsible for generating standard quotations, recap and documentations incorporating Coperion K-Tron’s range of material handling equipment. Also responsible for achieving established company goals while acting in accordance with established policies.

·  Ensure accuracy of quotations – equipment selection, pricing and commercial terms

·  Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories

·  Responsible for co-ordination of purchase order, recap and contract documents input to the factory in conjunction with RSM

·  Assist in collection of overdue due accounts

·  Coordinate sales activities allocated by TLS/RSM in addition to liaising with organisation executives and other TSM/RSM worldwide as appropriate

·  Participate in material testing and customer meetings as allocated by TLS

·  Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for reps and customers if required by TLS 

·  Participate in presentations and site visits as required together with TLS/RSM

·  Support new market development if required by TLS. 

YOUR PROFILE

·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in an international engineering/machinery company (involving capital equipment) desired

·  Able to efficiently work in English language

·  Understanding and knowledge of the technologies related to material handling equipment is of advantage

·  Good communication skills, including oral, written and active listening skills

·  Cooperative and team-oriented personality with high motivation

·  Must be PC proficient with office software like Excel, Word and PPT. 

·  Travel: Regional & International travel as required, approx. 5%-10%.

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
