Key Responsibilities主要职责： 
-监控印刷新产品开发阶段的印刷品质和工艺判断是否满足客户要求，并指导如何进行正确打样。 
-根据订单和工艺表要求，检查材料，文件（黑稿，数码打样，白样，确认材质等）是否符合要求，工艺是否有误； 
-紧密与工厂联系，了解产品生产过程的品质，并监督和控制生产进度，满足客户要求，如有问题及时做出解决方案给业务部门做出决定； 
-负责产品出货验货报告的跟踪，针对不通过的产品及时与QC部门联系了解详情，综合大货产品的情况向业务经理给出意见和选择，让其以此做出决定； 
-检查工厂送来的样品，进行相关项目的测试和递送； 
-负责样品的登记和保存； 
-负责总结每个项目完成的不足之处，并提出相关意见和措施以便今后订单的跟进； 
-保持与业务部门同事的良好沟通，及时反映品质状况，与生产厂方进行协调，将正确的信息和指示传达给工厂。 


Qualification/Competency Requirement资质/能力要求： 
-大专以上学历，印刷包装相关专业优先； 
-叁年以上包装纸品、瓦楞展示架，胶袋制品、成衣配件的品质、生产等相关工作经验，熟识GMI，SGS系统的要求， 有零售包装、色彩管理经验者优先； 

-熟悉各类纸品，瓦楞展示架、塑料制品、成衣配件产品的质量要求、产品工艺，具有良好的分析问题和处理问题的能力，良好的判断能力，能够独立完成工作，给出合理恰当的质量标准，并具备良好的协调能力，能处理好公司、工厂、客户之间的关系。
 -颜色敏感，无色盲、色弱； 
-熟练使用电脑，包括Excel、Word等办公软件； 
-良好的沟通能力，能够独立完成工作； 
-具备较强的协调能力和团队协作精神。 

  

 

  

Key Responsibilities: 
* Sample evaluation across all business activities and accounts. 
* Sample submission process management & coordination. 
* Communication with all internal & external partners. 
* New process training communication. 
* Sample and suppliers performance data management. 
* Liaison with QC team on all activities and reports. 
* Provision of technical support to all SHO business teams. 
* Central hub for all customer process requirements and ensuring standards are met. 
* Evaluating press sheets and packaging products based on internal and external standards. 
* Ensure team members conduct procedures and best practices effective & efficiently. 
* Continually looking for ways to proactively improve the performance and drive the r-pac 
advantage. 
Skills/Qualifications: 
* Skilled in quality control and supplier management. 
* Strong communication skills and ability to drive positive approach to production/submission 
challenges. 
* 2-3 years experience within packaging industry sector or related position. 
* Knowledge of color management procedures and quality management. 
* Packaging production and/or engineering knowledge. 
* Strong ability to analyze data and present findings supported by solutions.
