1、主要负责前台接待，电话接听；

2、负责收发快递、信件、包裹的收发工作；

3、对来访客人做好接待，登记，引导工作，及时通知被访人员；

4、负责复印、传真和打印等办公设备的使用与管理工作；

5、公司样品的包装；

6、协助总经理完成部分简单的业务工作。

职位要求：

1 中专以上学历，一年以上的相关工作经验，。

2、普通话标准，亲和力强，具有良好的沟通能力。

3、工作热情积极、细致耐心，主观能动性强，待人热诚，良好的职业修养。

4、熟练操作office软件。

5、具体薪资可面议。
