本岗位的工作职责为：

  

Your responsibilities are outlined below：

  

• 负责对团队提供的财务服务进行日常管理，包括：客户财务管理，审核监督日常记账、每月账目、税务计算及申报、财务报表、工资计算及社保管理、资金管理、年审，等；

  

Responsible for daily accounting and tax compliance service of the team: financial administration of the clients, review and supervise the daily bookkeeping, monthly accounts and tax calculations and filing work, financial reporting, payroll administration & social insurances, treasury management, annual compliance, etc.

  

• 负责客户管理，维护良好的客户关系，确保所在团队与客户有良好的沟通；

  

Responsible for client management, maintaining the good contacts with clients, and ensure the good communications of the team with clients 

  

• 员工管理：带领不少于10名会计，定期对团队成员的绩效表现进行评估，培养激励团队，定期组织培训；

  Staff management: lead a team of 10 or more accountants, ensure regular performance review of the team; coach and motivate the team and organize regular trainings

• 执行和维护内部管理流程、清单、标准模板，提高服务质量、提高效率；在客户管理方面建立有效的内部控制流程（执行复核制度）；改善管理流程；

      

Implement & maintain the internal procedures and processes, checklists & standard templates in order to increase the quality and maximize the efficiency; set up the strong internal controls (applicable 4 eyes principle) in client management; establish operational processes/ process improvement

  

• 监督团队的工作效率，审核工时记录，确保每个客户的利润水平；

  

Monitor the efficiency of the team, review timesheet, ensure the profitability per client;

  

• 与销售团队协作扩大公司的市场份额，组织/参与客户会议，为（潜在）客户准备报价单；

  

Cooperate with sales team to increase market share, organize/attend client meeting, prepare the fee quotations to (potential) clients 

  

• 其他领导交付的工作。

  Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor.

  任职资格

  Qualifications:

• 会计相关专业本科及以上学历；

          

University degree or above in accounting or related major;

  

• 10年以上会计、税务经验，3~5年带领团队的经验，有专业咨询服务机构经历者优先，有ACCA,CPA或者会计中级职称优先。

  

10 years or above experiences in accounting, tax filings, 3-5 years experiences as a team leader, experiences in professional firms is a plus; holder of ACCA, CPA, Certificate of Medium Level Accountant (会计中级职称) is preferred;

  

• 优秀的中英文表达能力。

  

Excellent English and Chinese skills.

  

• 熟悉金蝶系统及常用办公软件。

  

Familiar with K3 system and Microsoft Office

  

• 较强的组织能力和时间管理能力、良好的沟通能力、优秀的人际交往能力、能够融入一个富有活力的管理团队。

  

Strong organizational skills and time management skills, good communication skills, excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team;

  

• 成熟稳定，能承受工作压力。

  

Mature and stable, can work under pressure.
