Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

1. Responsible for project APQP related quality job and ensure final successful PPAP and manufacturing process release for SOP launch.

负责项目阶段的所有质量相关工作以确保产品和过程能被客户成功认可并释放" 

2. Resp. for manufacturing process and product quality related doc. creation such as Control plan, checking aids and ect.

负责生产过程和产品质量控制的相关文件的建立， 如控制计划，检测方法等" 

3. Work with cross depts for product and process quality control, failure analysis and correction, Lead quality statistical analysis on regular basis for continuous improvement.

跟其他部门一起合作，负责产品和过程的质量控制， 失效分析与改善， 定期召集质量统计数据分析以达到持续改善的目的" 

4. Resposible for customer quality issue handling and related customer quality performance tracking.

负责客户质量的沟通处理和客户绩效的追踪" 

5. Leading for process and product audit and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions have been taken for findings tracking.

组织产品和过程审核并确保相应的问题项都有被采取有效的纠正预防措施" 

6. Support and coordinate for internal and external testing.

辅助和协调内外部测试" 

7. Maintain quality data collection system and ensure nonconformance issue have been reported and tracked without any delay.

维护质量数据的收集系统并确保质量不良有被及时汇报和追踪" 

8.Support quality management system related job and other job asigned by QM

辅助质量管理体系的相关工作和质量经理安排的其他工作"

Requirements:

任职资格： 

1. Bachelor or above,Mechanical or Electronic engineering, 

本科及以上学历,机械或电子工程

2. ISO 9001, IATF16949, Quality tools

3. More than 5 years experience in quality engineering function related to process, product and customer, if 2~3 years in automotive industry will be preferred

有5年以上相关的制程，产品，客户质量工作经验，如果有 2-3年的汽车行业质量工作经验更佳

4. Be familiar with APQP · PPAP · FMEA · MSA · SPC 

熟悉APQP · PPAP · FMEA · MSA · SPC

Have proven hands-on expertise on process, product and customer quality control. 

有实际具体负责处理过的产品，过程和客户质量控制经验

Be familiar with motor and gearbox related manufacturing process will be preferred

熟悉电机和马达相关生产工艺流程的人员优先
