PRIMARY DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop overall local operational strategy and direction for the freight forwarding teams
• Set clear objectives and guide team members to achieve targets, performance standards while focusing on the key Performance Deliverables
• Manage day-to-day operations,customer liaison and lead successful achievement of daily KPI
• Responding to customer complaints or queries in a fast efficient and concise manner.
• Actively reviewing operational procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting continuous improvement within the team
• Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies, escalate anyservice failure and follow up and implement corrective actions
• Develop and enforce efficiencies in paperless processing; heavily involve in achieving automation capability inidentified functions
• Develop personal development plan and ensure people growth with proper coaching and best practice sharing across the teams
