ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·

· Management of all financial department responsibilities, including the development and maintenance of an efficient team;

· Audit accounting vouchers, review the integrity, compliance, accuracy of data and correctness of  relevant documents;

· Auditing purchase price and procedure;

· CAGES’ daily financial management, preparation of financial statements and related data analysis;

· Formulate financial management norms and procedures, check implementation, find out problems, put forward corrective suggestions and supervise implementation

· Strictly implement CAGES’ auditing standards, accurate, timely, compliance, and legal payment;

· Auditing revenue and cost, supervising daily inventory;

· Finance Department’s inspection, exchange and coordination with the relevant departments;

· External liaison with banking, taxation and other departments;

· Creation and development of management reporting tools;

· Prompt delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and analysis;

· Other duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in finance and accounting, or the equivalent of four years related working experience;

· Detailed knowledge in accounting procedures, and budget experience.

· Familiar with accounting statement processing, accounting regulations and tax laws, skilled use of financial software.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Holding accounting certificate; good learning ability, independent working ability and financial analysis ability;

LANGUAGE SKILLS  

Ability to bi-lingually write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers in a professional manner. Proficient in technical English accounting terms.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, etc.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

REASONING ABILITY  

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CAGES上海成立的目标是在上海市中心开设一个运动和社交同时进行的室内活动场所。CAGES将棒球练习场与体育运动酒吧餐厅相结合，提高了广大群众对体育运动重要性的意识，同时吸引了许多杂志电视媒体的关注，并对棒球运动在中国的发展起了显著的推动作用。

CAGES室内设施总体面积3000多平方米，其中包括了可容纳500人左右的宴会餐厅。该区域具备一个两米宽的投影屏幕，无线麦克风，和全AV定制选项。CAGES是各类公司组织团建和活动开始前的会议的***场所。

设施：
CAGES静安店球场区域采用人工草皮。这块将近400平方米区域中所有的墙壁和天花板都采用进口尼龙围网跟钢丝网保护，可以承受最猛烈的拍击、踢打和投掷。
专业的打击笼保护网系统使CAGES的场地具有多功能的使用空间，它可以供4人同时在球道内进行棒球打击练习，可以作为一个开放式的练习场，也可以作为完全开放的休闲空间。每条球道的围网采用滑轮系统，可将4条独立的球道扩展为一个400平米的大型开放空间，可供训练或者比赛等活动使用。
草坪区域旁是200平方米的餐厅和酒吧，仅仅由半高的墙和栅栏分隔。在酒吧区域，有100多个座位，包括4排为团队准备的美式长桌，舒适的高脚椅。更有二楼雅座可以直接俯瞰草坪。
座位区域配有11台高清电视和高清投影仪，包括宽超过3.5米的投影仪无间歇播放世界范围内的各种体育运动——从体育职业锦标联赛到各类休闲运动比赛的直播和回播，尽在CAGES。

器材：
CAGES所用的投球机都是从美国进口的公认的专业投球机。Master Pitch的Iron Mike投球机模拟投手的投掷动作，比起滚轮投球，该机型在美国各种职业级别的训练机构中广泛使用。
CAGES所有的棒球球棒和垒球球棒完全都是从美国进口而来的，型号齐全，给您最真实的体验。您可以尽情的挥汗如雨。
