1.  Implement and develop the related testing for new product development, monitoring the test process 
2. Gather analyze and report the test data and results in a timely manner to ensure the product reliability and quality 
3. Responsible for planning, setting-up and drive performance test bench hardware and SW, drive test bench competence ramp-up in China 
4. Leads and assists validation failure root-cause analysis with product Engineer(s) offering design solutions and optimizations    
5. Organize internal and external resource to implement test according to test plan including detail test procedures, test cost and target date 
6. Communicate with colleagues from HQ, ALB and ASU get support or benchmark
