株式会社Arterior（中文名：和魅设计股份有限公司）创建于1975年，总部位于日本东京涩谷区，以商业设施的室内设计为主要业务。从90年代末起，在中国大陆逐渐展开设计业务服务（主要作品有久光百货系列等），并在2011年正式成立中国大陆首家分公司：和魅室内设计咨询（上海）有限公司。公司本着“为消费者提供优良的购物环境”的宗旨，认真面对每一个设计项目，尊重业主，守时守信。

能力要求

1，正规院校环艺或室内设计专业毕业。

2，有较为成熟的职业心态与团队合作精神，刻苦认真，有上进心。

3，有2年以上的室内设计工作经验，具有一定的方案设计能力。有商业设施经验者从优。

4，能够操作各种专业制图软件，特别是AutoCAD, Photoshop。

5，具有绘制效果图经验，并能进行相应软件的基本操作者，从优。

录用形式

正式职员。

试用期2个月。

各种待遇

1，试用期间，月工资到手4000元。试用期满合格后，月工资到手5000元。

2，根据工作成绩，年终有加薪调整。

3，年终奖金一个月。（根据当年效益有调整）

4，有正规社保。
