Job Summary/工作概要：

In accordance with the requirements of the product specification and process technology, design and adjust automation equipment, and ensure production equipment to meet the requirements of customers and products; participate in the audit and evaluation of external automation supplier resources, ensure the supplier's ability to meet the requirements of our project, and monitor BDE system project schedule and daily maintenance.

按照产品的工艺规范和工艺要求，设计和调试产品自动化生产设备，并保证生产设备满足产品和客户要求；参与外部自动化供应商资源的审核和评估，确保供应商能力可以满足公司项目要求，参与管控BDE系统项目的进度和日常维护。

Job Responsibilities/主要任务和职责：

1. Implement automation project schedules to meet the project and quality control requirements. 执行公司自动化项目计划，满足项目和质量控制要求；

2. Participate in the pre-arranged planning, plan, evaluation and commissioning of the project to ensure the smooth completion of the project. 参与自动化项目的预案、计划、评估并开展配合项目的调试验收；保证项目顺利完成。

3. Cooperate with the equipment supervisor to establish the standard process for the implementation of the automation project. 配合设备主管建立自动化项目开展实施的标准流程；

4. Cooperate with the equipment supervisor to automate/optimize the existing manual equipment and propose a constructive automatic project proposal to reduce the operating cost of the company. 配合设备主管对现有手动设备进行自动化改造，并提出建设性的自动化项目提议，降低公司运营成本.

5. Guide and support equipment technician to maintain and repair the electrical control field of production equipment. Responsible for PLC, robot, HMI interface to programming off-line and adjusting on line. 指导，支持设备技术员对生产设备电气控制领域的维修，调试；负责生产设备的PLC、机器人、HMI人机界面离线编程和在线调试。

6. Participate in the development of the internal automation project, and be responsible for the electrical design, installation and commissioning of the automation equipment. 参与公司内部自动化项目的开展，负责自动化设备电气设计，安装和调试。

7. Cooperate with local suppliers to create BDE system, responsible for the establishment of internal PLC network and the routine maintenance. 配合供应商创建BDE系统，负责内部PLC网络的建立，执行系统的日常维护。

8. Training equipment team in electrical control technology to improve the overall electrical level of the team to ensure the effective precipitation of electrical skills. 培训设备团队电气控制技术，提高团队整体电气水平，确保电气技能有效沉淀。

Qualification and Requirements/资格和要求：

1. Bachelor or above, electrical engineering, automation or related major. 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化或相关专业

2. More than 3 years of experience in the design and commissioning of non-standard electrical automation equipment. 3年以上非标电气自动化设备设计和调试相关工作经验

3. Must have SIEMENS PLC and HMI programming and debugging skills, familiar with SIEMENS S7-300 series, 1200/1500 series, TP/MP series Botou PLC HMI, has a certain automation project site commissioning experience. 必须具备西门子PLC和HMI的编程调试能力，熟悉西门子S7-300系列、博图1200/1500系列PLC、TP/MP系列HMI，具有一定自动化项目现场调试经验；

4. Familiar with SIEMENS PLC STL, SCL, GRAPH and other advanced programming languages is preferred. 熟悉西门子PLC STL、SCL、GRAPH等高级编程语言者优先；

5. Familiar with industrial camera (such as Cognex, Keyence and other mainstream brands) engineering experience is preferred. 熟悉工业相机（如Cognex、Keyence 等主流品牌）工程经验者优先

6. Familiar with electrical drawing software (such as E-Plan P8, Solidworks Electrical module) is preferred. 熟悉E-Plan P8、Solidworks Electrical等主流电气制图软件者优先；

7. Have OMRON, Delta, Beck Hoff and other brand PLC debug experience is preferred. 具有OMRON、台达，Beck Hoff等其他品牌PLC调试经验者优先；

8. Have strong problem analysis, ability to solve, and strong logical thinking. 具备较强的问题分析、解决能力、很强的逻辑思维。

Alfmeier was founded in Germany in the 1960s, devoted to developing the valve and fuel system technology. The Company achieved steady increase in sales and profits and gained a good reputation in the European automotive industry.

Since its inception, Alfmeier Prazision AG has been headquartered in the town of Weisenburg, Bavaria, Germany, aiming to build Alfmeier as a top-ranking auto parts manufacturer in the world. And the nearby Treuchtlingen factory has also adopted the modern testing and engineering facilities to develop the most advanced products and processes.

Alfmeier established a representative office in Shanghai, China, in 2005. The Shanghai representative office was transformed into a trading company in 2007. Since Alfmeier found that it has good business prospects in China, the Company decided to transform the trading company into a manufacturing company. Therefore, Alfmeier set up its first production line in Jinqiao Import and Export Processing Zone, Pudong District, Shanghi in October, 2010.
