Our Japanese Restaurant- Fukami has
92 seats inclusive 6 Private Rooms( 2 Tatami, 2 Teppanyaki, 2 normal seating);
1 open Teppanyaki in the main dining hall.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Japanese Chef De Cuisine for our Fukami Restaurant to assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

To ensure consistency and highest quality in the taste, contemporary presentation and appropriate food temperature for food served in Japanese kitchen.

To ensure the quality and cleanliness of all food displays to the minimum standards of the Company.

To ensure maximum creativity in all food displays.

Monitor cleanliness, he/she needs to liaise and work closely with the Chief Steward in monitoring and ensuring that all cleaning are properly done and according to quality of standard and its schedule.

Ensures that purchasing, receiving and all storage are efficiently handled and that the goods purchased conform to the hotel’s specification.

Conduct monthly market survey with purchasing department and provide management a report for comparison.
每月与采购部门进行市场调查，并提供管理报告进行比对。
Reviews and analyses monthly profit and loss statement, provide action plan on how to improve.

Communicates with guests, outlet manager, events management team to obtain feedback.

Previous experience as a Japanese Chef De Cuisine in a similar sized hotel/restaurant,
