岗位职责

1.根据公司业务发展需要，拓展国内外收单合作机构，负责从商务谈判到实施上线的全流程管理；

2.透彻了解业务需求，在外部渠道和内部相关部门间准确传递信息，确保实施方案可执行并符合战略预期；

3.遵循内部治理要求和框架进行渠道维护；

4.协同组织内外部资源确保渠道合作按计划交付；

5.出席相关会议或活动，展示和宣传公司品牌形象；

任职资格

1.本科以上学历，有3年以上工作经验，至少1年以上从事跨境收单工作；

2.对业务敏感，能适应快速变化的业务领域；

3.具备良好的沟通谈判能力，能快速有效建立人脉关系；

4.具备良好的英语听说读写能力，中英文可自由切换者优先；

5.逻辑思维能力强，工作严谨，耐心细致，计划性强，责任心强；

6.有国内外收单渠道合作成功经验；

Channel Partnership Manager            

Responsibilities            

1. Establish new/strategic channel partnership with various acquirer; manage end to end process from negotiation to implementation;            

2 Sound understanding of business needs and focus, ability to clearly articulate those needs to partners and relay partner requirement back to business in a timely manner to ensure the correct controls and monitoring system are put in place. Ensuring all solutions are strategic and feasible.

3. Adhere to internal framework and policies on Partnership arrangements.            

4. Coordinate between internal and external stakeholder to ensure projects/programs with channel partners are delivered according to plan;            

5. Assist Head of Channel Partnership to deliver based on roadmap;      

6. Attending various events and roadshows to present iPayLinks in a positive manner and maintain it's global branding.

            

Qualification           

 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience, including 1 years or above in cross-border acquiring partners;            

2. Agile, ability to work and adapt in fast changing environment.           

3. Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to communicate efficiently to different stakeholders.

4. Good at English both oral and written, fluent in Chinese and English switching is preferred;           

5. Logical thinker, self starter, accountability and persistence to deliver, commercial mindset to be able to prioritise work in a strategic manner.

6. Past successful experience working with acquiring partners;
