Job Summary    

Products manufacture process design, Products system testing, production line trouble shooting, ECO handling, Parts certification, NCR parts handling, Parts localization.

    

Responsibilities

1. Manufacture process design, production line set up, work instruction, forms and other production documentation write down, test fixture design.

2. Trouble shooting for the issues occurred during product assembly and testing.

3. Work with SQE, suppliers and US team to solve production issues and technology issues.

4. For defects, Identify root cause and corrective actions follow up for problems prevention.

5. Handle ECO, NCR, FA and localization process.

6. Involve in product launch stage in parts localization, process set up, knowledge transfer etc.

Requirements

Education & Knowledge

1.       Bachelor’s degree or high majored in Electrical Engineering or related.

2.       Familiar with electronic components, such as PCBA, cable harness, sensor and motors.

3.       Familiar with Electrical control principle and electrical control circuit

4.       Familiar with high mix industry equipment calibration and safety certification.                        

 Experience

 1.   Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical design or manufacturing.

 2.   To be able to find problems and have strong capability in root cause analysis.      

3.   Be knowledgeable and practical in lean manufacturing and related tools.    

4.   Having project management/6 Sigma would be a plus.    

5.   Be able to write good reports and do some presentation.

 Language    

Good at spoken and written English communication skill.
