Job description  

1. 根据项目交付时间，制定组织生产及实施

   According to the project delivery time, organize production and implementation

2. 负责生产过程（机械、装配、电气、调试、检验、仓库）的管理工作

   Responsible for the management of the production process (mechanical, assembly, electrical, debugging, inspection, warehouse)

3. 组织落实生产计划，确保计划的有效执行，按时按质完成生产          

     Organize and implement the production plan, ensure the effective implementation of the plan, and complete the production on time and with quality  

4.  负责生产人员管理和时间安排，确保工时费率、生产效率最优化  

     Responsible for production personnel management and time arrangement, to ensure the optimization of working hours rate and production efficiency

5.  负责生产中的技术和质量保证，推动生产工艺持续改进和优化

     Responsible for technology and quality assurance in production, and promote continuous improvement and optimization of production processes

6.  负责生产现场5S的管理，定期组织开展5S培训和考核

  Responsible for 5S management at the production site, and regularly organize 5S training and assessment

7.  厂区安全、培训（生产人员）、消防设施、生产机械设备维护管理

    Maintenance and management of plant safety, training (production personnel), fire-fighting facilities, production machinery and equipment

任职要求：  

Job requirements 

1. 英语熟练，机械、自动化等相关行业

   Proficiency in English, machinery, automation and other related industries

2. 有扎实的电气安装、机械组装、CAD相关知识

   Knowledge of electrical installation, mechanical assembly, and CAD

3. 具有设备生产管理工作经验

   Have experience in equipment production management

4. 有较强的沟通、协调能力，能吃苦耐劳，具备一定的压力承受能力

   Have strong communication and coordination skills, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and have a certain pressure tolerance
