Be responsible for raw materials RFQ and sample approval to ensure materials smooth supply with good quality and competitive price, driving on year of year raw material price reduction for TCO, support on NPI launch with target cost achieved, support on production with activities of quality improvement/OTD & delivery/MRB etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support PTI & NPI project leader on material requirements
• Commodity owner of Mechanical, Metal parts & Conductor (wire, busbar)
• Support global sourcing team project with local supplier
• Localization, second source development & cost down activities
• Stabilize & manage supply chain
• Develop local suppliers in areas of technical capability, cost, quality & lead-time
• Supplier management & improvement (Cost down, OTD, IQC acceptance rate)
• Explain the root cause for the excess inventories with actions for improvement.
• Other tasks assigned by Sourcing Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 - 8 years of working experience in sourcing function, in a multinational company is preferred.
• BS in Engineering or Technical Degree with equivalent experience
• To strictly comply with Code of Ethics and Business Conduct& Anti-corruption Policy
• Excellent influence, organization, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong project management skill set Experience with NPI development
• Proficient knowledge of Metals, AL-CU,and Electronic commodities
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables projects
• MRP/MPS experience，SAP system operations application
