Report to:           R&D Department Manager

Base:                   Minhang & Lingang (Shanghai)

Experience:          1-3 years

 Missions: 

A.  Technical leader in China and support for French team

1\Be daily window between technical center in France, Program manager in China.

2\Be in direct contact with customer technical team, and OEMs. (Call, meet, give presentation, etc.)

3\ Support R&D manager to fulfill technical data of RFQi during RFQ process.

4\Technical support for other departments, edit temporary drawings in accordance with French team.

5\Make technical benchmarking, studies, tests, analysis, comparisons, and issue reports.

B.  Product development according to P5, for Bontaz China (subordinate 1~2) 

1\New project launch

1.1\Clarify customer technical requirement, fill and update of input data file (RFI)

1.2\Realize first pre-study of solution and get feedback of customer

1.3\Produce prototype in China and make reports

2\Orient development of new product

2.1\Support the product development of technical center in France.

2.2\Make Technical Review PPT and give presentation.

2.3\Solve product technical Open Issue in China and follow Open Issues in technical center.3Manage the validation of 3\product and process in China in support of Program Manager Cn.

3.1\Define with French Project Manager the validation plan in China

3.2\Support the validation of new supplier with R&D manager

3.3\Support the localization of production line and components in China

3.4\Follow validation process with R&D team Fr & Cn

3.5\Perform expertise analysis and communicate internally validation tests results

C. Knowledge and experience

1\Design and development

1.1\CAD: Creo, ProE,

1.2\Read and produce 2D drawing

2\Process

2.1\GD&T: Geometrical dimensioning & tolerancing basics knowledge or experience

2.2\Notion of Design for Manufacturing / Design for Assembly

2.3\Notion of machining, heat treatment, cold stamping, forging, etc

2.4\CN and Machining center Fanuc / ISO programming knowledge

3\Language

3.1\French and English should be in fluency
