       Responsibilities:

1. Align with Client standards and best practices;

2. Carry out the projects within cost&schedule under high quality. Skills in  tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team;

3. Ensure coordination and communication among all stakeholders;

4. Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system;

5. BD support if necessary.

    

   Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of relevant work experience in construction management;

2. Be good at problem solving and communication skills;

3. Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost control;

4. Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement;

Competent in both written and spoken English.
