岗位职责：

1、 严格执行国家相关法律、法规，遵守公司及部门的制度流程。

2、 负责QC相关工作，包括仪器操作和维护、样品检测、图谱分析、报告出具等。

3、 负责质量部实验室安全卫生工作的具体落实执行。

4、 服从领导在工作上的安排，并排除困难积极完成任务。

工作内容：

1、掌握有关品种的质量标准和操作规程。

2、严格按各有关产品相应的质量标准和操作规程进行检验。对化验样品要做到不漏检、正确、及时。发现检品不正常，要及时与QC经理联系。

3、对现场记录、检验记录等及时填写，记录要真实、完整。

4、参与制订和修订相关的质量标准和操作规程。

5、参与新项目的分析方法优化、开发等工作。

6、起草稳定性考察方案，取得QC经理审核批准后，对留样产品按照计划进行考察，并做好留样考察的记录及数据汇总。

7、起草分析方法验证方案，取得QC经理审核，QA经理批准后，按照计划进行分析方法的验证，并做好验证相关的记录及报告。

8、负责质量部实验室的安全卫生工作和仪器设备的操作维护保养工作。

9、负责上级安排的其它相关工作。
