Job Objective工作目标:

1.     Develop the employee communications channel and messages to ensure employees are clearly informed on business strategies and activities, and promote the employee' satisfaction and engagement.

    

2.     Operate the training system to ensure the people development 

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

    

1. Handle the training administrative, including training session organization, on-site coordination etc.
2. Manage the training data, and complete the monthly report.
3. Ensure the implementation of training policy, procedure, and training record maintenance and archive as well to firmly align with requirements of quality system.
4. Manage trainers and training materials
5. In charge of MKT2 training organization, record and status reporting
6. Manage the e-learning training system to ensure all concerned person to be developed as required
7. Manage training affairs in PA and Boost system
8. Set up the effective and engaging two-way communications between employees and employer, including weekly TV news, monthly newsletter, publications, employee satisfaction survey, communication board etc.
9. Organize internal communication activities
10. Collect the employee opinion feedback, and facilitate the following improvement
11. Complete other projects/tasks assigned by superior
12. Prepare and support internal and external audits

Job Requirements工作要求:

    

Education学历: Bachelor Degree or above. Majored in Journalism, Chinese, Advertising, English is preferred.

    

Language语言: Proficient in oral and written English, CET-4 or above

    

Computer skill计算机技能: Excellence in Powerpoint, Word and Excel;

    

Work experience工作经验:

    

3~5 years’ experiences in PR\Media, internal communication, HR or other related working experience.
