1、在规定的工艺范围内优化现有设备;了解设备和系统的能力;与供应商一起维护系统和优化输出;对操作人员进行系统培训，建立有效的标准操作程序。

2、监控原料、废料、半成品和成品的流动速度，以确定需要改进的地方，并确保***的工艺性能;使用度量标准，精益和其他TQM方法来解决问题。

3、建立制造关键控制点的工艺参数;确保有效的数据收集方法;监控已定义的参数，识别和开发活动，以改进和优化工艺，满足预期的产量和质量。

4、识别机会，创建包含操作人员、主管、经理和其他功能领域的团队，以支持流程改进和总体流程效率。

5、设计工程解决方案，满足所有质量、安全、维护、财务和操作人员的要求。

6、计划、管理和执行确定的解决方案。

7、使用持续的度量和数据来验证过程改进的维护和满足期望。

8、使活动与工程保持一致;与供应商一起评估新设备，支持工艺变更和设备安装。

9、制定评估设备或工艺变更的整体效率的指标;对操作员进行新程序/设备的培训

10、参与资本改善项目，包括制定时间表、明智的目标和明确的结果。

11、培训和制定任何新系统、设备、工艺的SOP。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，工程专业，化学工程或机械工程优先;

2、3年以上巧克力工厂经验；

3、对巧克力生产工艺熟悉，有大型巧克力生产制造的经验，能够熟练操作进口设备，英文读写流利。

4、熟练掌握Office, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD等计算机软件

5、日语良好者优先；
