工作内容：

1、负责跨境电商平台产品上下架，补货和日常产品页面的维护，优化；

2、负责跨境电商平台产品文案，图片及视频的策划和创意（由设计和内容团队支持实现）；

3、结合平台情况制定和执行营销方案，例如节日促销，平台活动等；

4、负责关注平台规则和政策变化，及时汇报并调整运营策略；

5、制订和分析各类销售报表，并结合报表优化运营；

6、处理客户问题，包括售前咨询、售后维护以及妥善处理争议等其他事项；

7、根据销售情况，库存情况，制订补货策略，并安排物流运输；

8、负责站内及站外推广并制订广告投放策略。

工作要求：

1、本科及以上学历，英语熟练，CET-4及以上；

2、2年以上跨境电商推广运营经验，有Amazon / Facebook / Google Ads运营经验优先；有独立站Shopify运营的经验优先；

3、具备独立完成产品方案的策划和实施能力，熟悉市场分析和产品规划；

4、熟悉线上渠道的各种推广手段及规则，针对不同的推广渠道开展营销活动。
