任职要求：

  

 

  

• 大学理工科本科学历，电子电气类或纺织类。

• 5-10年任职于西方国家贸易公司或者第三方验货公司，管理不少于10个验货员的质控经验。

• 熟悉电子电气类、杂货和纺织品产品验货。

• 扎实的验货实际操作经验和工厂验厂经验。

• 愿意将占用50-75%工作时间的出差，进行团队流程和合规性的审计。行程主要在中国境内，也有境外出差可能。

• 动手能力强，能承受压力。

• 思路清晰有条理，愿意接受新事物并灵活调节自己。

• 良好的，有担保的个人名声。

• 流利的英语和普通话。

   

  工作职责：

   

• 带领中国大陆范围内17人的质量验货员团队。

• 带领3个或更多的工厂审核员（产品生产流程审核员和企业社会责任审核员）。

• 带领办公室协调团队（3人）。

• 为每年10000余次的验货任务提前做人员调配，降低第三方验货成本。

• 为验货流程及出差行程提高效率，从而使验货效率***化，出差成本最小化。

• 在流程和合规层面上，管理及考核质量审核员。

• 在质量审核员对质量检验员做出考核之外，另对检验员做考核。

• 指派任务给第三方验货公司。

• 利用所有第三方的验货流程及报告模板优化整合公司的流程及报告模板。

• 除了对质量审核员进行每年3-4次的集中培训，另外当验货流程有重大变化时（包括但不限于使用新的验货工具、新的报告模板及验货时的特殊测试有主要变动时），对其进行培训。对质量检验员进行每年两次的两地培训。

• 其他与质量相关的工作。                                          

  

  

Requirements:

  

-     Degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical or textile)

  

-     5-10 years’ experience in the management of quality control activities with 10 or more inspectors in or for a Western trading company or an inspection company

  

-     Product experience with electronics/electrical and hardgoods and softlines inspections

  

-     Previous hands-on inspection and factory audit experience.

  

-     Willingness to travel 50-75% of work time for process and compliance audits of the teams, mostly throughout China. International travel possible.

  

-     Hands-on, able to work under pressure

  

-     Clear and organized, open to new ideas and flexible

  

-     Proven good reputation

  

-     Fluent English and Mandarin

  

 

  

Main Responsibility:

  

• leads a team of up to 17 QC Inspectors throughout mainland China .

• leads a team 3 or more Factory Auditors (Production Process Audits and Corporate Social Responsibility Audits)

• leads an office coordination team of 3

• plans the manpower requirements for 10,000 inspections per year ahead of the season and minimizes costs of Third Party inspection services.

• streamlines inspection procedures and travel schedules in order to maximize efficiency and minimize travel costs.

• audits the QC Inspectors for procedures and compliance

• assigns Third Party inspection companies.

• aligns all Third Party inspection procedures and report formats with company procedures and formats.

• trains the Auditor team in joint meetings 3-4 times per year, and whenever there are substantial changes in procedures (implementing of new tools, new report formats, major changes in the special tests to be performed during inspection). Trains the QC inspectors twice per year in two locations.

• Other quality-related tasks.
