1. 负责临床机构的选择和沟通。

2. 协助临床方案、知情书，报告的撰写，设计CRF、数据管理等表格。

3. 负责组织协调临床机构立项、伦理审查等工作，确保临床研究项目在相应的中心按时启动。

4. 负责临床试验的监查工作，制定监查计划，完成监查报告，确保试验严格按照临床试验方案、相关法规进行。

5. 负责对数据收集、数据管理、临床试验报告和文件归档的流程进行管理。

6. 负责协调解决临床试验过程中出现的问题及突发事件。

7. 协助完成试验费用预算及控制。

8. 在临床试验等待期，可承担体外诊断试剂研发部产品性能测试工作。

 

任职要求
1、本科，检验医学、临床医学，生物，医药等相关专业背景。

2、3-5年体外诊断试剂行业CRA经验。

3、2年体外诊断试剂试验操作经验。

4、熟悉医院临床试验流程，具有医院工作经验。

5、具备较强的组织、协调、沟通及谈判能力，能承受一定的工作压力。

6、工作认真、有强烈责任心与敬业精神，具有职业素养。
